We produce cut&bent products in all forms and sizes. d8-12 mm we manufacture from coils and 16-32 mm from rebars.
We produce different kinds of hooks from 8-12 mm coils (U-hooks, hooks for stairs, square hooks etc.)
Hooks are usually packed at pallets - about 2000 pcs/1 tn per pallet.
We produce different kind of element lifting hooks from roundbars.
All the hooks are made by customers plans.
We produce all bending forms - also archs for windmill foundations.
We can also bend 3D parts.
We use our new MEP36 Multiradius bending line for rebar processing. With this high capacity production line we can produce all bending forms. We produce d8-12 mm cut&bent parts from coils with automatic MEP Mini Syntax line.
We can also straighten coils for different lenghts of bars according to customer needs.
